First, this video is not providing any evidence or proof that god exists. Instead of that it is trying to make fun of science with the help of some logical fallacies.
Let me brief the content. The professor is not a believer of god. But he has no idea about how science works. The family believes in god as well as heaven. They even claims that everything that happens was because of god's will. Finally the video is trying to states that there are things that is beyond science and the whole video makes believers happy. At least they can save their imaginary friend.
The first fallacy in this video is strawman argument.

Let me explain some examples in detail.
1) Discovery of electron: after the discovery of atom and electrons, scientists noticed that electrons are negatively charged, but the whole atom is electrically neutral. So there must be a positive charge in the nucleus. And proton was later discovered indirectly without seeing and touching.
2) Gravity: Of course you can't touch or see gravity. But it is also part of science.
3) Radio waves: we use radio waves for communication. It is actually a low frequency electromagnetic wave. We can't see or touch it. But it is also science.
4) Dark matter: dark matter does not emit light or energy, yet it can be observed by calculating the motion of planets. About 80% of matter in the Universe is made up of dark matter.
5) Antimatter: Antimatter possesses qualities that are opposite to normal matter. When matter and antimatter meet, both are annihilated. We can prove its existence with the help of the world’s particle accelerators and other various scientific tools.
6) Ultraviolet light: Ultraviolet light is a type of electromagnetic wave that is responsible for sunburn! We can't see or touch it. But the existence is scientifically proven.
7) Mind: We can observe the brain and its chemical reactions, but thoughts are completely intangible to us. Mind is what brain does.
8) Quantum particles: Quantum, or virtual particles exist on a subatomic level. Scientists theorize that they literally pop in and out of existence for brief moments of time. They can only be understood through magnetic or electrostatic forces. But can't touch or see.
The above examples states that the point "science has proven it that anything you cannot touch or see doesn't exist" is false.

Till now the concept 'god' is a funny story for science. It is only a concept without any scientific evidence. Believers are always very much careful to keep god away from scientific explanations and reasoning. That is only because they don't like to lose their imaginary friend.
